Workspace of The Week - Ubisoft, Quebec
This week’s workspace of the week is a vibrant and creative workspace filled with meetings rooms and dynamic spaces that have been designed to inspire employees and encourage them to use their creativity and work together.
Multinational video game publisher Ubisoft, has created a stunning space for their employees complete with unique furniture set ups for employees who want to work away from their designated desk, informal meetings with other teams or just a place to relax and take a break. All teams within the office have the opportunity to exchange fresh ideas, innovate and collaborate in a space inspired by playful chaos and games.
Each room has a different theme filled with bright colours, eclectic wall designs and the Ubisoft branding. The electric blue stairs that runs through the middle of the building represents the spine of the brand with rooms and areas surrounding it that provide a place to work independently or socialise with other employees too. The office also includes a spacious gym, games rooms open breakout points situated throughout the workspace and an open plan kitchen.
We love how this workspace has been designed to suit the employees needs of a space that they can work and play in as well as enjoy interacting with different teams. We think that the space will encourage other companies to increase the amount of social interaction within their offices to not only increase productivity but to attract and retain top talent too. Take a look at Ubisoft’s stunning workspace in Quebec City.
