Gensler and Colliers International France have recently completed Estée Lauder's stunning new head offices in Paris.

These European headquarters serve as a "pilot" for the company's other headquarters. Co-developed with American interior designer Gensler, the objective is to define the conditions for success to develop other areas of the organisation around the world.

Estée Lauder's new workspace offers the employees a flexible working environment with a variety of different working areas. The change of headquarters has involved the company shifting away from the Haussmann style and the individual office, and bringing staff together into a flex-office, breaking down the barriers. Once inside, the employee enters a luxurious, bright and connected environment.

Colliers International France were tasked to support Estée Lauder throughout the transformation of their workplace, whilst also creating a building which functions as a production tool, reinforcing the brand image.

The new space combines quality furniture, natural light, space comfort, greater efficiency and better collaboration. All of which make the headquarters a showcase to reinforce the brand image and helping the company to attract and retain top talent as well as being a model for the group's other headquarters.
