In April 2024, Wagstaff Interiors Group revamped their showroom in Clerkenwell, London, showcasing a diverse array of innovative learning environments and furniture designs sourced from industry leaders.

The redesigned space serves as a hub for architects, designers, and educators to explore cutting-edge concepts in spatial design and ergonomic solutions, highlighting Wagstaff's commitment to shaping the future of educational and workplace environments.

The Higher Education immersive tour provided a unique experience, allowing employees and clients to explore the variety of design options that shape students’ classrooms, campuses, study spaces, and learning spaces/centres. A series of insightful talks were set up enabling fellow professional educators, designers, and staff in the industry to learn how to prioritize the student experience in upcoming projects by networking with industry experts.

Products were chosen to address specific needs in the Education sector and help create dynamic, adaptive, sustainable spaces for the future of learning and work. That’s why Wagstaff chose our Residence range, to provide an agile workspace for all users. Our ultimate video conferencing booth, Residence Connect, features a spacious interior designed for comfort. Users can enjoy an ergonomic task chair, adjustable lighting, ventilation, and desk height, all seamlessly working together to provide the ultimate conferencing experience. With DDA compliance and inclusivity in mind, these features are key to contributing towards an inclusive environment for higher education. Additionally the pod has a compliant door width of 32" and a push button to open and close the door for ease of acess.

Captivating presentations were organized by Wagstaff, with speakers such as Levent Caglar, Senior Ergonomist and head of the Consultancy Department at FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association), who shared his perspective on the detailed relationship between Movement, Neurodiversity, and Wellbeing. These sessions shed light on new and effective design strategies creating a supportive and engaging environment to foster a brighter, more inclusive future for students and educators alike on campus.
