Real estate developer Ceetrus, recently engaged Workplace Solutions to design their new offices in Warsaw, Poland.

Like an elegant but cosy parlour, the offices have been inspired by the mid century modern style to create an inviting meeting space for guests and employees. With a friendly atmosphere, the new Ceetrus workspace maintains a business image, and above all expresses the culture of openness prevailing in the company.

Workplace Solutions were assigned the task to design an office just like the company's rebranding. The new Ceetrus workspace had to express change, not only in the visual identification, but also in the culture of the whole organisation. The space had to be a functional response to their work pattern and frequently organised client meetings. A human-centric design was also of utmost importance.

The office and social areas are designed to be a home-like, elegant lounge room. An elegant design, with minimalistic details shows a business attitude whilst evoking a home-like atmosphere with the design being based on a large number of natural elements - real plants, warm colours and skillfully matched materials. Graphics and lighting have been used to express the brand's image and tell the story of this office. 

Informal spaces of different sizes take up about 35% of the whole area. The other part of the office, the work zone, is functionally divided but transparent at the same time. The reception serves as the company's hub, dividing the space and is a pleasant waiting area.

Perhaps the most vibrant place of this office - at the heart of the company is a coworking space combined with a dining room, kitchen and stylish bar. A place for larger meetings and casual talks, you can have a coffee here, play pool, talk or simply unwind. Such a big and multifunctional shared space acts as a catalyst for creativity, building personal bonds between employees - vital in the modern business culture.
