Studio 13 Architects have recently completed the design for the Barry Callebaut offices and Chocolate Academy, located in Istanbul, Turkey. A colourful and awe-inspiring space that captures the essence, elegance and deliciousness of their most important product - chocolate.

Inspired by the company's rich heritage, the design of Barry Callebaut Offices & Chocolate Academy oscillates around many chocolate characteristics and the environment reflects the variety of products Barry Callebaut provide us with every day. Delicious colours, inspiring shapes, elegant treats, have all been abstracted to create a chic architectural environment for the office.

The Chocolate Academy was also an important part of this project, designed in a way to allow every guest to admire its magic whilst entering Barry Callebaut Istanbul offices. 

These chocolate academy centres are a teaching and training centre for artisans and professionals who want to improve their skills in chocolate and learn about new trends, techniques and recipes.
